As customer experience I very pleased with the Waitresses and the Food is very good there. Also the waitresses and waiter's are very friendly and Come back a lot to make sure you everything is okay with your food and drinks are good and if you want anything else like delicious desserts or if you need a container to take home they bring you one right away or as so as possible if there busy which I understand completely you just can't stop something if there food needs to be brought out to the table because the customer's are always right. And there just doing there jobs to make sure there foods are hot from the kitchen to your table. They take good care of there customers Thank You To The Staff Of Golden Flame Keep Up The Good Work. I eat here 2-3 a week for my fav breakfast. Until lately. Consistency and accuracy are a common issue here. Most days it’s heaven, then there’s today, it’s all over cooked, there’s items missing, and I’m left wondering what the horse’s name was that they got this chicken fried steak from. I just want consistent quality. So know that you may get amazing food, or swine feed. It all depends. Wish there was a better option nearby. Any place that doesn’t strive for the best for their customers doesn’t deserve their customers anyway.

The golden flames food has been great for as long as I can remember! 3rd shift food and service was amazing till shift change for the wait staff. New server ignored me. New server gave me the incorrect change when I paid my bill. Never brought the to go box I requested. No coffee refills. Late night staff was great though.

The menu is very extensive. The Best homestyle cooking we've had in a long time. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful.

All employees should wear masks! I looked at cook and he did not!

Very good food for a reasonable price. Nice variety of food to choose from and anything I have ever eaten from Golden Flame was good. Very good service and very clean restaurant. The only restaurant that I have seen that cleans their menus after they have been used at the tables.

Every so often you need a golden flame visit. Everything was good. Prices are beyond reasonable. Service friendly. Coffee is always flowing. I wish we had a place like this near us in Milwaukee. I look forward to a g flame visit!

Really nice staff, great food. We had breakfast on Memorial Day and it was pretty busy but my mug never went empty. Someone was always coming around to top me off. It's one of those diners that have been around forever and feels like home when you sit down. You just know what to expect and it's exactly what you get. Loved it!

The Golden Flame has been a long time favorite place to eat. They offer a wide variety of specials. This includes Breakfast served all day, carry out, children's menu and a senior discount. On Friday and Saturday they are open 24/7. I give a four star rating for any place open 24 hours in Manitowoc.

Fantastic little find while on vacation! The food was delicious, the pricing was great, and the service was incredible. Sonya was our server and she went above and beyond! We will definitely be stopping in again!

I forgot how good the food is here the cooks are really fast and precise with their cooking we did not wait long and our waitress was really good payed alot of attention to what we needed

We had a group of 10 including 5 kids and the service was great. Our server was patient and attentive. Our food was excellent and reasonably priced. The menu has a very good variety of items from sandwiches to full meals. I'll go there again.

It was not good. The chicken was deep fried, dried out and greasy. My girlfriend got the wrong kind of bread on her sandwich,and the waitress never checked on us It tasted like the frying oil was old and chicken was over cooked It had no seasoning on it. It tasted a little like fish, and I think they use the same oil for both. I cook quite a bit, and this was not good
